Wandering Europe!
Here we go now

In May 2011 I set off on a 7 month journey. With nothing but a backpack on my back, my best friend by my side and a return ticket to EUROPE... Needless to say it was by far the most amazing 7 months of my absolute life!!! Somehow I was motivated enough (and stupid enough) to keep a travel blog going through the whole adventure, and so now, with technology being as fabulous as it is, our story is now roughly preserved on this silly blog.

Today we were in Paradise. Literally.

If there's one tip i can give to anyone going to Mykonos, it would be the fact that the weatherman is never ever even close to forecasting the actual weather here. We were lead to believe it was going to rain today, so, spent half the day lounging in our adorable guestroom, enjoying freedom to do nothing and not be anywhere. When we realised it actually wasn't too bad outside. Windy, yes, but rainy, no. So we took a bus through the hills and farms of Mykonos to PARADISE BEACH.

Here,  we drank Greek coffee, spoke french, sunbaked on banana lounges and watched gay men feed eachother...

Take that Mr. Weatherman!!!!

Although i love Mykonos, there's one thing i really miss about Athens.
And that is the music. Whenever we stepped out of our backpackers in Athens we were followed by beautiful melodies of flutes or guitars or, my favoruite, piano-accordians. Even when we were at the top of the acropolis we could hear the tunes of pan-flutes sailing from one of the streets! Ahhh, so beautiful :)
