Wandering Europe!
Here we go now

In May 2011 I set off on a 7 month journey. With nothing but a backpack on my back, my best friend by my side and a return ticket to EUROPE... Needless to say it was by far the most amazing 7 months of my absolute life!!! Somehow I was motivated enough (and stupid enough) to keep a travel blog going through the whole adventure, and so now, with technology being as fabulous as it is, our story is now roughly preserved on this silly blog.

The day we ventured into the VATICAN MUSEUM

Yesterday was a day of greatness. We were told the Vatican line would take two hours. It only took us 1. We were told the adult ticket prices cost $15. But with my invalid and expired student card, and Sarah's complete lack of student card we somehow managed to get in for $8 each as students. HELLS YEAH :)
SO, The Vatican was so amazing that it was overwhelming... So much fabulous in such a small space (okay, it's really not that small.) And so we spent our day aww-ing and ahhhh-ing at the roofs, the statues, the tapestries and the monuments! It certainly was an experience of a lifetime...
Going through the Sistene chapel was mind blowing. Except somehow (being the spastic that I am)  i managed to just totally miss 'The Creation of Adam' AHHH?!!?!? So after we left, we had to go back in again just so i could see it!
Afterwards we were hot and tired and probably dehydrated, so went and ohhh-ed over tha magnificent St. Peters Bascilia but did not enter due to the giant snake of a line!!!! Needless to say, it was a gooooooood day!
