Wandering Europe!
Here we go now

In May 2011 I set off on a 7 month journey. With nothing but a backpack on my back, my best friend by my side and a return ticket to EUROPE... Needless to say it was by far the most amazing 7 months of my absolute life!!! Somehow I was motivated enough (and stupid enough) to keep a travel blog going through the whole adventure, and so now, with technology being as fabulous as it is, our story is now roughly preserved on this silly blog.

Yesterday we ventured out of Glasgow to the beautiful town on Sterling. We spent the day in museums, skipping around in cemeteries, devouring ourselves in hundreds of years of history, being immature around the old castle, eating luxury icecreams whilst overlooking the Wallace monument and la di dah (so on!)
The castle is amazing, from up there you had this panoramic view across the lowlands of Scotland, and then you turn around BAM behind you looms the mountaints and you can see the highlands!

"Sterling is the brooch that clasps together the highlands and the lowlands"

The mountains and lands surrounding are so lucious and green, seriously, the scenery in Scotland is to die for! Sterling has an intense amount of cemeteries and as I am a slightly morbid child, i was very excited and went crazy with the camera! (Click the link below to access a small minority of these...)

Does this deafening silence mean nothing to nobody but me...?
