Sorry, gone travelling.

In May 2011 I set off on a 7 month journey. With nothing but a backpack on my back, my best friend by my side and a return ticket to EUROPE... Needless to say it was by far the most amazing 7 months of my absolute life!!! Somehow I was motivated enough (and stupid enough) to keep a travel blog going through the whole adventure, and so now, with technology being as fabulous as it is, our story is now roughly preserved on this silly blog.

Goodbye t-shirts and shorts... Hello Bulgarian snow storm?

Everyday we get weird unexpected adventures. Half the time they don't make sense. A lot of the time we end up just laughing. Today we were heading from one town to another. A four hour journey. Todays adventure was on a tiny little bus, one moment everythings dry and the weather is pretty mild. And then we start climbing an incline, and BAM. Everything turns white as we head into a snow storm as this tiny bus steers it's way up a mountain. It's gets worse and worse as we climb. Hafway up there were a couple of cows... in the midst of the storm... in the snow... in the middle of the road. It was such crazy experience... Kudos to our bus driver- the man is a miracle driver. (The second time in a couple of days i've trusted my life on a Bulgarian.) Anyway, we are now in the cute town of Lovech, here for a couple of nights as we search for the Krushunski waterfalls!
